Dr. Albert E. Lamberte

Dr. Albert E. Lamberte is an Associate Professor at the Carlos L. Tiu School of Economics (CLTSOE) of DLSU. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and an Environmental Economist. He has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Hydraulics and Water Resources from the De La Salle University-Manila. He then took his Master of Arts in Economics from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. He earned his Ph.D. at the Crawford School of Public Policy at the Australian National University, under the Australian Awards Scholarship and was one of the recipients of the award for graduating with Distinction. One of his previous research projects was on determining the context-specific barriers that prevent women from accessing decent work in the Philippines, which was a project done for the Partnership for Economic Policy
