Emily Murugi De Giovanni 

International Development Strategist 

Emily Murugi De Giovanni is an International Development Strategist with experience in conservation finance and community development. Currently serving as Civil Society Representative on the UN CBD Cali Fund Steering Committee, she provides oversight of global biodiversity finance affecting Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities.

As a consultant to Morobe Development Foundation, Emily provides strategic support for community based development initiatives and capacity building programs. She is Founder of YEVA Consulting Services and Founder of Switzerland-based Association ICRI Global (Intergenerational climate resilience initiative). Emily brings expertise in conservation finance, cross-cultural project management, and women's empowerment to MDF's work and the FEMENA partnership.
