Gulmira Ileuova

PhD Equivalent in Sociology 

She graduated from Saint Petersburg State University. Since May 2001, she has served as President of the Public Foundation STRATEGIA Center for Social and Political Studies. Previously, she worked as Head of the Department of Socio-Political Research and Public Relations at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She also headed the sociological service of the Central Asian Agency for Political Research. Earlier, she held the position of Head of the Department for Work with Public Organizations at the Almaty City Department of Information and Public Accord. In addition, she worked at the Ministry of Information and Public Accord of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a Chief Specialist.

She is the Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Gulmira’s contributions to the country have been recognized with numerous state awards.
