Kristine Berzina-Cunska is a  lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Business, Management and Economics at the University of Latvia, she teaches tourism economics and business development. Her research focuses on the service sector and networks in tourism. She participates in European Union projects on franchising, online education in tourism, entrepreneurship development, start-ups and internships, and conducts research for municipalities on analyzing tourist behavior.
