Leone Michelini received his PhD in Anthropology from the University of Messina (Italy) in 2025. His ethnographic research explores the interconnections between religions, migrations, and the labor market in urban environments, focusing on marginality, informal politics, and practices between India (Kerala), Italy (Sicily), and the South Caucasus (Armenia and Georgia). He is board member of World Anthropology Day Milano and Italian Society of Applied Anthropology (SIAA).
