Nathalie Holvoet, PhD in Economics (University of Antwerp, 1999), is full professor and currently chair of the Institute of Development Policy (IOB).
Her teaching and research focuses on monitoring & evaluation (M&E), gender & development, citizen science, and social policy, with a focus on cash transfer programmes.
She has published widely in international journals and supervised over 100 Master dissertations and numerous PhD projects. She leads several international research collaborations, particularly in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, and Uganda.
